Our “Opening up the Land” seasonal foraging & Preserving workshop with Rob the “Cotswold Forager” is back.
This is a session for those that enjoy the idea of noticing, discussing and gathering bountiful natural treasure, with respect, from the local area, walking, talking and experiencing the richness of the season. With a preserving session at the Food Library workshop & kitchen garden to boot.
The November workshop will feature a hearty feast of those things gathered and preserved throughout the year’s sessions.
