Whilst Marmalade isn’t strictly speaking meeting on the Food Library’s ‘local’ agenda, Michael has for many years been seduced by the taste and colour of sunshine arriving into a January kitchen.

So Michael & Laura view Marmalade making as a ‘food holiday’, filling the Food Library with the exotic aroma of organic Seville oranges to achieve “Dark & Bitter”, a full-on-flavour and peel combination in a jar of hearty new year loveliness.
