Our monthly Dining Club evenings are for eight people to join us at the Food Library for a meal showcasing Michael’s talent for beautiful, delicious and sustainable food and Laura’s passion for hosting a decent party.

Each of Michael’s menus features at least four courses made up of freshly grown or creatively preserved produce straight from our tantalising kitchen garden, foraged food, seasonal treats from local suppliers, Food Library chutneys, ferments, cured meats and preserves.

Evenings begin with a cocktail or mocktail made from our own collection of liqueurs such as rhubarb gin and blackberry whisky, kombucha or cordials such as redcurrant and rhubarb & rosemary. Everything is prepared lovingly at the Food Library with the best tasting ingredients; inspired by the book collection and what’s growing in the garden.

You’ll be welcomed with open arms on the night by Michael and Laura and arrive to a ‘tablescape’ envisioned by our amazing neighbour Amanda of “Pluck” in response to the menu. It’s an opportunity to meet new friends during an atmospheric night in our comfortable home, surrounded by The Food Library books.

Tables can be booked by a whole group of eight or you can book to join an existing table as one, two, three etc.

Tickets are £65pp and whilst we organise our booking systems you can buy tickets direct in our shop by following this link but please email Michael@food-library.co.uk or phone 07475 632970 to confirm date and ticket availability before hand.

Please take a moment before booking to read the terms on our ticket page. Once booked, tickets are non-refundable and not transferable to another date, however they can be transferred to another person. This is due to the level of work and preparation that starts many days and weeks (in some cases months) before a Dining Club meal to make an incredibly special and sustainable meal for your arrival.
